Every month, we recognize an innovative educator on our blog and social media channels, highlighting their commitment to maximizing technology-fueled learning experiences. So, we're always looking to build on to this initiative and want to find some more teachers to showcase. We love seeing how teachers in all grades use STEM education tools, especially robotics, coding, engineering, and VR in instruction. And, we're particularly interested those who can talk about the benefits of this type of learning, including how STEAM experiences have impacted student engagement and achievement, social-emotional growth, or soft skills development. If it's anyone you know, we'd love to have them as our next Featured Educator.

If you're a classroom teacher, librarian, administrator, makerspace facilitator, SEL specialist, or have any other title and actively use technology in instruction, we'd love to highlight your work. We'd also love for you to check out the other profiles from our long-running Eduporium Featured Educator series. If you'd like to be featured or know somebody who loves integrating EdTech in instruction, we invite you to apply. Also, since community is such a huge piece of the puzzle, we always encourage you to share the link. Even if you don't want to apply, chances are you might know someone who is deserving of the recognition.

Maybe you took part in designing STEM initiatives and have some insights into what works and what’s been challenging. Sharing existing knowledge can help fellow educators discover new resources, new instructional techniques, or gain insights into what to avoid. Or, if you use STEAM tools in your classroom, we’d love to hear about what works in that space, too! We've already seen so many creative examples of maximizing technology and other resources just through the grants we've awarded teachers. So, we know there must be more K-12 educators, librarians, or support staff members who might also want to publicize something amazing they've done with students.

How to apply for the next round.

To apply, just fill out our Featured Educator application or forward the link to other interested educators. We can’t wait to hear from you and we’re excited to continue to build this community. You can discover educators we’ve featured on our blog in the past and, if you have any questions about our Eduporium Featured Educator program, please feel free to get in touch with us. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram as well to learn more about our additional educator offerings.
