The Cubetto is a friendly wooden robot used to teach children the basics of computer programming through adventure and hands-on play. Made of tactile and hard-wearing wood, it serves as a child’s guide into the world of coding. Screenless, friendly, and ready to play, the Cubetto introduces kids to a coding language they can touch and manipulate like LEGOs.
Each coding block represents an action, allowing young children to combine them to create programs. Placing the blocks into the control board tells the Cubetto where to go and how to move. Upon hitting the blue button, kids can tell the Cubetto to execute their very first program. Adding in the Polar Expedition Adventure Map, kids can personalize their coding experiences and add extra enjoyment to play-based learning.
